Tips to use arXiv Xplorer better!

Search Methods

arXiv Xplorer supports multiple search methods to help discover new papers:

• Direct Paper ID or URL: Search for specific papers using their ID or URL. Use the full link or the paper id.
  1706.03762 or arxiv.org/abs/2303.08774
• Vector Interpolation: Combine papers with + and - operators to explore combined research topics. Spacing around the +/- doesn't matter.
  For example, you may want to look for LLM papers that do AlphaZero style search, but not for translation tasks, so you could do:
  + 1706.03762 + 1712.01815 - 1409.0473
• Text Search: Search for papers using natural language descriptions of research topics.

Keyboard Navigation

Once you open a paper's details modal, you can navigate between search results with the arrow keys:

• ← Left Arrow Key: Navigate to the previous paper
• → Right Arrow Key: Navigate to the next paper

Use and Download the Database on Kaggle

The full vector database and the corresponding arXiv, bioRxiv or medRxiv id is available on Kaggle. It's updated automatically every week.
